Final SurveyUSA Iowa Poll: Kerry Up 3

John Kerry leads George Bush 50-47 percent of Iowa LV's in the final SurveyUSA Poll, conducted 10/31-11/1. The poll also found that Kerry has a 20 point lead among Independents (57-37 percent).

Yeehaw! Iowa is coming around to making the right choice. We started Kerry on his way here because he looked and sounded like the best Democratic candidate. The independents in Iowa are seeing that he is the best presidential candidate.

I have been skeptical about the polls showing Bush ahead here. Iowa has not gone for a Republican president since 1984.

Count 7 for Kerry!
